Advanced Summer Program 2026
Our advanced summer culinary program runs Monday through Thursday, July 7 through August 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Classes will take place at Bay View High School.
Students will cook real meals every day, master professional kitchen techniques, and finish the program by executing a live dinner service for 20 guests at the end. This is a hands-on, high-energy experience designed for young chefs who are ready to be challenged.
Admission is complimentary. Spots are limited. Students must apply above.
Please note that our instructors are not responsible for transportation for the program.

Please adhere to our policies and rules for camp
1. Dress Code
No open-toe shoes or sandals – closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required.
No high heels – safety first in the kitchen.
Comfortable clothing is encouraged. T-shirts and pants or jeans are preferred.
Long hair must be tied back.
2. Hygiene Policy
Hands must be washed thoroughly before and after handling food.
Fingernails should be clean and trimmed.
Deodorant is required. Please avoid strong perfumes or colognes.
Aprons will be provided and must be worn during cooking activities.
3. General Conduct
Respect instructors, fellow campers, and equipment at all times.
No horseplay or running in the kitchen.
Phones must be put away during instructional time unless otherwise approved.
Campers who do not follow these rules may be asked to sit out of certain activities for safety reasons.
Bay View High School
Class Starts at 10 am; all students must enter the front of Bay View High School.
One of your Chef instructors will meet you downstairs to let you in.
